WHAT IS “MOVEMENT 101”
At FRDM MVMNT
Our mission is to help you create a love for MOVEMENT.
Foundational human movement is the base layer upon which all other course modalities will be applied.
Just training strength is boring. Just training conditioning is boring. Having a blend of the two is optimal and more sustainable.
That’s why the curriculum at FRDM MVMNT utilizes a seamless blend of mixed modality conditioning and multiple forms of strength training so you GET the best results and have fun with the process.
The training curriculum alternates between Full-Body strength sessions and aerobic conditioning to give you well-rounded fitness. In every session you will train all key movement patterns (Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Carry).
